First please make sure that you are using the right account for the right website.

Some users also experience issues with 2FA because the clock on their phone/device is out of sync with their authenticator app. You only have 20 seconds before 2FA codes become obsolete so if your clock is out of sync it may be showing outdated codes. To make sure that you have the correct time displayed on your Two-Factor Authentication App, please follow the steps below:

If you are using Android

  1. Go to phone settings
  2. Depending on your phone - click Additional settings / General settings / System, ...
  3. Click Date and Time
  4. Enable Automatic date and time
  5. If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable it

If you are using IOS

  1. Go to your phone settings
  2. Click General
  3. Click Date & Time
  4. Enable Set Automatically
  5. If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable it

 

If this is not the case, we will have to reset 2FA for your Digital Money account. Please contact us, as you will need to go through our ID-verification process.
